How To Use Click And Collect
1. Place your order online
As part of the checkout process, you will be offered various delivery options. Choose the Click & Collect option for collection in our showrooms in Cavan.
2. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection
Please wait for an email confirmation before visiting the store to collect your item. You will receive an email from us once your order is ready for collection. This email will include your order invoice and details on when to collect your order.
3. What to bring when collecting your order?
Please ensure you bring your order invoice (proof of purchase) when collecting your items.
Collection Location
Furniture Collections
Please note that not all of our furniture is available for same-day in-store collection. Some items may not be stored in our showrooms in Cavan but we will notify you on when the items will be available. Once we notify you, your item(s) will be ready for collection at our showrooms (see below).

Time To Collect
Your order will be available for collection on the date specified in the email. If you are unable to collect it on that date, it will still be available for collection from that date onwards. Please ring to notify us on when you plan to collect it so we can organise having it ready for collection.
Important Information
Please note that the majority of our furniture items are large and may not fit in a regular-sized car. Before selecting Click & Collect, ensure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at 049 433 1245 for the dimensions of each box.
Additionally, if you decide your item will not fit in your car and you would like to switch to delivery, please note that the delivery may take an additional 5-10 days.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes! We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person collecting must present your order invoice (proof of purchase).
Assembly Service
Please note that the majority of products will come flat pack to facilitate transportation. If you require assembly for products please contact the shop prior to your collection. We offer an Assembly Service, however there is a charge on most items. Assembly Service is not included in our flat pack prices.
