  • Payment:  Payment must be made in full before delivery.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

3. Delivery

  • Free Local Delivery: Complimentary delivery within a 50-kilometer radius of our store. See our Delivery Policy for details.
  • Charges for Extended Delivery: Fees apply for deliveries beyond 50 kilometers. Availability and charges are determined by distance and order size.
  • Nationwide Delivery: Select products are available for delivery within Ireland. Charges and delivery times will be specified at checkout.
  • International Delivery: Currently not providing international deliveries.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Right of Withdrawal: EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the goods were delivered in error or are defective.
  • Returns Process: Contact customer service to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Mattress Returns: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mattresses unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Once the original packaging has been removed, we are unable to process returns or refunds for mattresses.

5. Product Descriptions

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times.
